Whilst on my usual weekly grocery shop this morning I found out that my local supermarket has stop stocking/discontinued my favourite deodorant – which couldn’t have come at a worse time – so I called Unilever who owns and manufacturer the brand Dove to find out more.
Basically if you are like me and like the Dove Men + Care range and it’s starting to disappear from your local supermarket I suggest you stock up, because it looks like Unilever/Dove are rebranding and changing the size of the range.
So that we know, however no guarantees that supermarkets are going to start stocking the new size and design. Progressive which owns Countdown and other supermarkets have removed the odd size and style bar code from their systems so there’s no way of finding out how many of them are left and which stores have them.
We shall see what happens, the Unilever representative who called me back after investigating said “I’m guessing it will start being available from next week” let’s hope so I said.
